Terms and Conditions of Sale

Placing an order

Orders for goods and services will only be accepted if the description of goods and services, price (including delivery charges) and delivery period have been agreed and paid for in full, in sterling.

Every effort will be made to adhere to the agreed delivery period but no liability for loss due to late delivery is accepted.

Correspondence must be in English language. Contract is under Scottish Law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery by writing to me. A brief explanation of the reason for cancellation would be appreciated.

If you cancel goods must be returned to me at your expense and you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to me and this results in damage or deterioration, you will be charged for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods please contact me as soon as possible.

Changes to these terms

These terms apply to your order. They may be changed at any time so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
